- On-Demand Settlements:
Select when you wish to transfer your customer payments to your bank account. Settle the required amount within 10 seconds from the settlement balance.
- Same-Day Settlements:
For businesses prioritizing a steady cash flow without delays, Viyonapay will automatically settle all your payments at specific hours of the day, ensuring cash in hand.
Both Instant Settlements and Same-Day Settlements are accessible for most businesses from Day 1, with a few exceptions and limitations. For the initial 50 days, you can settle unlimited amounts through both Instant Settlements and Same-Day Settlements by meeting the criteria for
high-quality transactions.
Same-day settlements function similarly to regular settlements, with the key difference being that they are settled at T+0. Consequently, you can locate these settlements in the settlement report and combined report on the dashboard.
On-Demand Instant settlements are one-time payouts from your settlement balance. Therefore, these settlements will be displayed as payouts in both settlement reports and combined reports.
The charges will be subtracted from the settlement amount unless you have available free credits. You will have the option to view the pricing breakdown before confirming On-Demand Settlement.
As for Same-Day Settlements, given that all your payments will be settled on the same day, additional pricing will be applied to your payment gateway fee. You can review the pricing before enabling it from the dashboard.
Yes, you can switch back to your old settlement schedule by raising a support ticket.
